CAUTION:

1. When handling the transactions mentioned in this schedule, other expenses if any, such as postage, cable cost and other fees levied by other banks, will be charged according to the actual cost.

2. Bank charges already collected shall not be repaid to customer even in case of request for cancellation of the transaction.

3. All charges and interests shall be collected in USD. In case of VND or a foreign currency other than USD, a prevailing selling exchange rate by Eximbank will be applied.

4. Charges and commissions in this schedule have NOT included VAT.
