3.		Tallying fee will be collected in case of cash or gold withdrawal within 02 business days from the date of depositing cash or gold into savings books, certificates of deposit, gold custodied account without using any of the Bank's services (pledging, or conversion of foreign currency on savings books, etc.) related to the withdrawn amount from the savings books, certificates of deposit, or gold custodied accounts.

4.		Tallying fee shall be collected if customers use funds before 24 hours in case of overnight savings deposit or 48 hours in case of 48-hour “Call” deposit since the date of cash deposit into accounts (excluding Sundays)	0.03%	VND10,000	VND1,000,000

CAUTION:

1. When handling the transactions mentioned in this schedule, other expenses if any, such as postage, cable cost and other fees levied by other banks, will be charged according to the actual cost.

2. Bank charges already collected shall not be repaid to customer even in case of request for cancellation of the transaction.

3. All charges and interests shall be collected in USD. In case of VND or a foreign currency other than USD, a prevailing selling exchange rate by Eximbank will be applied.

4. Charges and commissions in this schedule have NOT included VAT.
