Requirements for loan application:

Having served for 01 year or above. The labour contract duration is from 02 years upwards.

Receiving salary via bank, and having the minimum salary of VND2,000,000/month.

Having age of less than the difference between the retirement age and the loan term.

Loan amount:

Maximum 20 times of monthly salary

Loan currency:

VND

Loan term:

Maximum 60 months.

Collateral:

Without secured assets.

Interest rate:

As per schedule of rates announced by Eximbank.

Preferences:

Customers are entitled to life insurance of Prevoir Insurance Company during the loan term.
