In case customers don’t have an account at Eximbank: Full name; ID number/passport, date and place of issuance, telephone number (if any); the beneficiary bank is Eximbank.
In case customers have an account at Eximbank: Full name; Account number (15 letters); the beneficiary bank is Eximbank.

If customers need to transfer money without an account at Eximbank, they can deposit cash at the bank. If customers have an account at Eximbank, they will debit their account for outward remittance.

Customers fill in the remittance order (for customers without an account at Eximbank) or payment order (for customers with an account at Eximbank)

In case the beneficiary’s bank is also a member of the inter bank electronic payment system of the State Bank of Vietnam:

If customers complete the procedures before 15:30, the beneficiary will receive the funds on the same banking day.
If customers complete the procedures after 15:30, the beneficiary will receive the fund on the next banking day.

In case the beneficiary’s bank is not a member of the inter bank electronic payment system of the State Bank of Vietnam and outside the province or city with Eximbank:

If customers complete the procedures before 9:00, the beneficiary will receive the funds no more than 1 banking day.
If customers complete the procedures after 9:00, the beneficiary will receive the funds no more than 2 banking days

In case the beneficiary’s bank is not a member of the inter bank electronic payment system of the State Bank of Vietnam and in the same province or city with Eximbank:

If customers complete the procedures in the morning, the beneficiary will receive the funds in the afternoon of the same banking day
If customers complete the procedures in the afternoon, the beneficiary will receive the funds on the next banking day
