Domestic outward remittance

Utilities:

Nationwide network, convenient for both remitters and beneficiaries.

Deposit either in cash or by debiting accounts with Eximbank.

Beneficiary’s receipt of the remittance after 5 minutes at any banking units of Eximbank.

Free-of charge transfer among accounts within Eximbank’s network (Tallying fee shall be applied if customers carry out such remittance within 2 days from their cash deposit to their accounts).

Procedures:

Remittance from accounts: Customers shall be requested to fill in a Payment Order.
Remittance by cash deposit: Customers shall be requested to fill in a Cash Deposit Slip and hand in cash.
The Payment Order or Cash Deposit Slip must be adequately and accurately filled in to include such information as:

Beneficiary’s full name, ID/Passport number, telephone number and bank (in case the beneficiary has no accounts with the receiving bank) or
Beneficiary’s full name, account number and bank (in case the beneficiary has accounts with the receiving bank).

Remittance outside Eximbank’s network:

Beneficiary’s bank joins the inter-bank electronic payment system:	Beneficiaries will receive the money within the day if customers finish the remittance procedures before 15.30 p.m. Beneficiaries will receive the money on the next business day if customers finish the remittance procedures after 15.30 p.m.
Beneficiary’s bank does not join the inter-bank electronic payment system, but is located IN THE SAME province/city with Eximbank:	Beneficiaries will receive the money in the afternoon if customers finish the remittance procedures in the morning. Beneficiaries will receive the money on the next business day if customers finish the remittance procedures in the afternoon.
Beneficiary’s bank does not join the inter-bank electronic payment system, and is NOT located IN THE SAME province/city with Eximbank:	Beneficiaries will receive the money after no later than 1 business day if customers finish the remittance procedures before 9.00 a.m. Beneficiaries will receive the money after no later than 2 business days if customers finish the remittance procedures after 9.00 a.m
