VNTOPUP
|
- Customers hold current accounts with Eximbank.
- Customers must register and activate the service before using. Each mobile phone subscriber can register to use the service for only 1 (one) current account.
- Registration, registration cancelation, and change of service usage information: carried out at Eximbank’s banking units.
| II. GENERAL STIPULATIONS OF VNTOPUP SERVICE: |
- Customers can top-up for their own mobile phone and/or subscribers of other telecommunication networks.
- Postpaid subscribers of Viettel, Mobifone.
- Pre-paid subscribers of all telecommunication networks .
- Customers carry out VnTopup service by sending SMS messages or the application installed on their cell phones (to download the application, please SMS SET EIB to 8149), or download from this link (link download)
- Customers carry out top-up transactions via SMS messages in accordance with the regulations of the “SYNTAX OF VNTOPUP SERVICE MESSAGE”.
- For successful top-up transactions, the Bank will automatically debit customer’s current accounts registered to use the service.
- Customers’ top-up limit is maximum VND2,000,000 per day (Vietnamese dongs two million per day).
- Vn-Topup service is applicable to all subscribers of telecommunication networks of Vinaphone, Mobiphone, Viettel, EVN, S-Fone, Vietnammobile and Beeline.

| III. SERVICE USAGE INSTRUCTION: |
1. Registration:
Registration can be done at any banking units of Eximbank. Upon successful registration, customers will receive an SMS with the following content:

2. Service activation:
Customers must activate the service before using.
To activate, customers compose an SMS and send to 8049 with the following syntax:

- Activate without using password: OK
- Activate using password: OK {Password}
{Password}: A string of unlimited numbers and/or letters as chosen by customers.
After successful activation, customers will receive the following SMS:

3. Top-up:

4. Password:
- Customers can set/change/cancel password according to the syntax stipulated in the appendix enclosed hereto.
- In case of forgetting password, customers can contact the Hotline at 1900555577 for resetting password. The new password would be the last four (04) digits of customers’ mobile phone number. After resetting password, customers have to send an SMS for changing password as per the following syntax:
