Documents proving the loan use purpose: fee notification letter (tuition and living expenses), acceptance letter.

Procedures:
Application for buying, transferring or bringing foreign currencies overseas (as per form of Eximbank).
Fee notification of foreign schools or training centers sent to students:
- If such notifications is not sent in the name of the students, the person who transfers or brings foreign currencies must attach the Admission Letter of the training center or papers evidencing that the student is learning at such training center.
- If the training center does not send a notification about expenses for food, accommodation, and other relevant costs, customers are entitled to transfer or bring an amount of foreign currency equivalent to the living expenses apart from the school fees which have been notified.
Copy of valid passport and visa. In case of expired visa or no visa, the following papers are needed:
- Copy of passport along with papers issued by local competent agencies allowing the student to stay and study.
- As for some countries requiring the transfer of school fees to training centers before issuing visa, customers only need to hand in a notarized copy of passport or un-notarized copy together with the original one for the Bank to compare.
- As for some countries requiring no visa, customers only need to hand in passport for the first remittance, and enclose with papers evidencing the residence at such country for the following times.
In case the remittance is executed by relatives, the following papers are further required:
Papers evidencing relative relationship (family book, birth certificate, etc.).
Copy of ID card and the original for comparison (in case of remitting foreign currencies), copy of passport and the original for comparison (in case of bringing foreign currencies).
Papers evidencing the Guardian (in case of remitting to the Guardian):
+ Residence papers or papers of the training center stating name of the Guardian or
+ Letter from the training center introducing the foreign institution functioning as the Guardian of the students and
+ Letter of the foreign institution having the function of guarding (introduced by the training center) introducing the name of the Guardian of the students.
Bankdraft issuance:
Customers fill in the Application for Bankdraft issuance in the form of Eximbank and submit to tellers together with papers evidencing the remittance purpose and relative relationship as regulated.
Once the set of documents has been approved, customers deposit cash foreign currencies or request Eximbank to sell/exchange foreign currencies to issue Bankdrafts. Then, customers sign and receive Bankdrafts from tellers.
