Cheque issuance procedures:
|
- Local cheques: Customers open accounts and fill in the Cheque Issuance Request form at Eximbank.
- Foreign cheques: Customers fill in the Bankdraft Issuance Request form at Eximbank and submit papers evidencing the purpose of using money overseas (only applicable to Vietnamese residents).

| Cheque collection procedures:
|
- Domestic cheque collection: Customers fill in the cheque deposit slip and hand over the cheque to Eximbank.
- Foreign cheque collection:
+ Fill in the Cheque Collection Slip (as per form of Eximbank).
+ Open accounts with Eximbank.
+ Handing over the cheque to Eximbank.
Note: Subject to specific cases, Eximbank may request customers to make security deposit to guarantee their collection fee payment to Eximbank. |
