- Notice of expenses abroad (if any)
- Decision of Assignment on Overseas Business (if any)
- Letter of Invitation on Overseas Business (if any)
- A photocopy of passport with valid visa (entry visa required) together with the original for presentation
- Air ticket (in case of bringing foreign currency cash)
