Product’s characteristics:

“Overnight Savings Deposit” is a kind of short term investment within 24 hours of individual customers by personal deposits and savings deposits, with high liquidity and helps customers to manage their funds effectively. Customers can deposit money for several times by cash or transfer and shall enjoy interest rate after 24 hours based on the time of each deposit.

Product’s utilities:

- A kind of short term VND investment within 24 hours of individuals by deposits, savings with high interest rate
- Daily interest payment and automatically credited to principal
- Helping customers to manage their funds most effectively
- High liquidity
- Customers can deposit or withdraw money for several times by cash or transfer

Interest payment method:

Daily interest payment. Interest shall be credited to the principal in accordance with the interest rate that Eximbank applies to “Overnight savings deposit”, and revolved for the following 24-hour tenor (in case customers do not withdraw the principal).

Interest rate:

In accordance with Eximbank’s regulations from time to time, subject to change daily or the interest rate in the market. Please refer to Eximbank’s prevailing schedule of interest rate.

Interest rate of Overnight Savings Deposit

Minimum balance:

In case of savings deposit: customers must maintain a minimum savings deposit balance of 100,000 VND.

In case of personal deposit: customers do not need to maintain a minimum deposit balance.

Target customers:

Vietnamese and foreign individuals who are legally residing and operating in Vietnam.

Regulations on fund deposit and withdrawal:

Deposit:

Customers can deposit many times to “Overnight savings deposit” account.

Deposits on Saturday shall enjoy demand interest rate on Saturdays, Sundays, and adjacent public holidays (if any). Such deposits shall enjoy the interest rate of “Overnight Savings Deposit” from the following business day.
Withdrawal:

Customers withdrawing money from the 24th hour since their deposit shall enjoy Eximbank’s prevailing interest rate of “Overnight Savings Deposit”.

Customers withdrawing money before 24 hours since their deposit shall not enjoy interest rate.
