Internet Banking for Corporate

1. Service introduction:

| Internet Banking is a banking service via Internet enabling customers to carry out transactions promptly, securely and conveniently without coming to the Bank. |
2. Service utilities: |
| - Payroll service for Corporate (Payroll request template); |
| - Intrabank and interbank transfer; |
| - Online opening of time deposit account; |
| - Payment of electricity bills for HCMC Power Company; |
| - Top-up for subscribers of telecommunication networks; |
| - Payment of service bills (e.g. cable TV, water, internet, etc.); |
| - Payment of loans; |
| - Inquiries about account balance, transaction history; |
| - Inquiries about exchange rates, gold price, interest rates, etc. |
4. Service limit: |
| Maximum intrabank and interbank transfer or daily settlement limit for a corporate customer is: VND3,000,000,000 (Three billion dong) or other foreign currencies equivalent. |
5. Service package: |
| - Inquiry package: including inquiries about account balance, transaction history, exchange rates, gold price, interest rates, etc. |
| - Payment package: including all utilities such as interbank and intrabank transfer and payment via Internet Banking service and inquiry. |
| - Payment and payroll package: including payroll and payment package utilities. |
6. Service fee: |
| - Inquiry package: Free. |
| - Payment and transfer package: Subject to Eximbank's prevailing fee schedule. |
