| STIPULATIONS FOR VIETNAMESE DONG DEPOSITS:

1. For time savings deposit. time personal deposit withdrawal before maturity:
- Information is given to EIB within working day: free of charge. Demand deposit interest rate shall be paid.
2. For deposit fo economic organizations:
- Demand interest rate shall be applied for payment deposit.
- Demand interest rate calculated on the actual time of deposit shall be applied to time deposit drawn before the maturity date.

1. Interest rates of % p.a. are calculated on a 360-day basis.
2. Corporate customers mentioned in this notice include economic entities, state agencies, civil arms units, political - social - professional - and charitable associations.
