1	What is GlobePass?	GlobePass is a multi-national exclusive program in which cardholders of members of GlobePass are entitled to discount and gifts offered by the merchants of such members. For example: Eximbank’s cardholders are entitled to discount when dining at restaurants in Japan and vice versa, i.e. cardholders of Japanese banks which are members of GlobePass are entitled to discount when dining at restaurants in Vietnam.
2	Where can I enjoy the privileges?	You are entitled to privileges of merchants in the following countries: Japan Korea Thailand Singapore Indonesia Malaysia Taiwan China Hong Kong Phillipines (coming soon)
3	How can I enjoy such privileges? Am I entitled to such privileges upon presenting Eximbank card?	Eximbank’s cardholders must present Eximbank cards and the coupons at the cashier by following the below steps: Log in Eximbank’s website. Select icon “GlobePass” to be directed to the website of GlobePass. At the website of GlobePass, select the destination country. Select any merchants where you intend to come for shopping and print the coupons. Present the coupons and Eximbank cards at the merchants for payment and privileges.
4	Who are subject to these privileges?	All holders of Eximbank’s international cards including both the primary and the supplementary cards.
5	What privileges can I enjoy?	You may enjoy such privileges as discount, gifts, etc. at the merchants. All you have to do is to select the appropriate merchants to print the coupons.
6	What will happen if the merchant cannot understand me?	There are instructions on the coupons detailing the privileges for customers. Therefore, it is very important to print the coupons.
7	Is it necessary to register the card number for any purposes?	No.
8	Am I required to pay any money to enjoy these privileges?	No, these privileges are totally free.
9	How can I access the website of GlobePass?	You can only access the website of GlobePass to print the coupons via Eximbank’s website at www.eximbank.com.vn/globepass. You cannot directly access GlobePass under any forms.
10	Can I access the website of GlobePass by typing its URL directly?	No, it is impossible.
11	Are there any restrictions on the number of printed coupons for use?	In general, there are no such restrictions. However, there will be limit on the number of coupons used at a merchant.
12	Can the coupons be used to purchase goods on the Internet?	No.
13	Is it compulsory to use Eximbank cards to enjoy these privileges?	Yes, these privileges are exclusive to Eximbank’s cardholders.
14	What are the terms and conditions?	The coupons cannot be used with other promotional programs and can be refused at certain time or cannot be used for some products on sale. The coupons are only valid when they are used directly at shops or used for booking or presenting directly to the merchants. The coupons may not be used when agents or a third party are involved in the booking or presenting. GlobePass and its members have the right to change or terminate the privilege provision at any time without prior notice. The privileges may not be available unless the coupons are timely presented to the merchants as instructed.
15	Are Eximbank’s cardholders entitled to privileges of the merchants in Vietnam who have already participated in GlobePass?	Yes. However, Eximbank’s cardholders do not need to present the coupons to the merchants in Vietnam who have participated in GlobePass. All such cardholders must do is to use Eximbank cards to make payment at such merchants.
