Mobile Banking Service

I. Service introduction:

Eximbank Mobile Banking is a banking service via mobile phone enabling customers to carry out 24/7 online transactions with the Bank easily, conveniently, at any time and any where, thus saving time and cost.

II. Service utilities:

  • Intrabank and interbank transfer, transfer for recipients presenting ID card.
  • Online opening/closing of savings account.
  • Transfer to Eximbank international card account.
  • Payment of electricity bills, loan principal, mobile phone subscription charges (Mobifone and Viettel).
  • Top-up of mobile phone subscribers (VnTopup) of telecommunication networks.
  • Locking/unlocking international cards, card issuance registration.
  • Inquiries about deposit/savings account balance, loan account, available limit of international cards, transaction history, interest rates, exchange rates, ATM locations, banking units, etc.

  • III. Service characteristics:

  • Simple and easy to use: No need for remembering message structure; just install the application and use the functional menus in such application.
  • Diversified mode of transaction: Transactions are conducted by Internet connections (GPRS/Wifi/3G) or SMS.
  • Compatible with various types of mobile phones: the Mobile Banking application is compatible with Java-supported mobile phones, and/or smart phones using Symbian, Android, iOS, Windows Mobile, RIM, etc.
  • Safe and secure: Transactions are encrypted and secured.

  • IV. Use of service:

    - Register at Eximbank's banking units. Each customer is registered as one subscriber to use the service.
    - Install the application and activate the service before use.
    Download and install Eximbank Mobile Banking application versions:
  • Mobile phones supported by Java or using Symbian: Download the application on Eximbank's website (download java version) or send an SMS as SET EIB MB to 8149 to receive the link for downloading the application.
  • iPhone: Download the application from iTunes software on the computer or AppStore on the phone.
  • Smart phones using Android: Download from Google Market on the mobile phone.
  • Blackberry: Download the application on Eximbank's website (download blackberry version).
  • Instructions on installing and using the service (link for downloading the instruction file).

    V. Service fee:

    - Free service fee for customers applying for the MB Easy package including basic services of information inquiry, VnTopup for mobile phone subscribers, online opening of savings account and payment for loan principal.
    - Eximbank's prevailing fee schedule is applicable to MB Maxi package including all Mobile Banking services.
