“Account inquiry” is the Internet-based service enabling customers to manage and inquire their banking transaction information quickly and conveniently. Types of inquired information include: payment deposit account, loan account, card accounts, card statement, deposit interest rate, transaction history, FX or gold exchange rate, and Eximbank’s products and services.

Service users’ guide:

Customers register and receive the password for access at banking units in Eximbank’s network.
