Cash withdrawal from your card account, account inquiry, mini statement and internal transfer at ATMs of Eximbank, DongA Bank (a member of VNBC Alliance) and Smartlink.

Balance in personal account.

At Best Carings’ network nationwide.

Card Issuance Request cum Membership Card Use Agreement (as per Eximbank’s form).
ID Card/Passport (Notarized copy or accompanied by the original for comparison).
