From 09/06/2011, Eximbank will pilot issuing domestic prepaid Eximbank - Citimart co-branded card at 3 Citimart supermarket include:

Citimart Binh Thanh

Citimart Parkson District 11

Citimart Nha Trang

Scope of card usage:

In Vietnam.

Usage utilities:

Anonymous Prepaid Cards:

To pay for goods and services at merchants; To pay for bills of electricity, water, telephone, etc. at Eximbank’s ATMs;
To change PIN; inquire about card balance or check statements at ATMs;
No cash withdrawal or fund transfer is allowed;
No refund balance on the card upon termination of use;
Maximum card balance is VND 5 million (charge only once and non-interest bearing);

Personalized Prepaid Cards:

Similar to local debit cards (V-TOP).

By Eximbank:

No card issuance fee, no upfront collection of account balance maintenance fee upon card Personalization (When Customers deposit into card account for card use fee for the first time, Eximbank will hold VND 50,000 as regulated);

Free-of-charge conversion from anonymous card to Personalized card

Free-of-charge use of SMS-Banking, VnTopup; Mobile Banking and Internet Banking for 6 months;

Entitled to join the program “Bonus point accumulation and satisfying gift conversion” at Eximbank;

Entitled to other privileged programs of Eximbank (from time to time).

By Citimart:

Direct discount of 5% of the invoice value applicable to gold cards. 50% discount of service charges

Year-end gifts offered if the year purchasing volume is more than VND10 million.

Card issuance procedures:

For Anonymous cards: No records is required
For Personalized cards:
- Account Opening Application (as per Eximbank’s form);,
- ID Card/Passport;
(Please bring along your existing anonymous cards in case of changing to Personalized cards)
