- Maximum card amount is VND 5 million (no interest earned).
- Applicable to all individual customers (with age of at least 6 years).
- Subordinate cards are not applicable.
- To pay for service invoices at Eximbank’s merchants.
- To bill pay for electricity, water, telephone, etc. at Eximbank’s ATMs.
- To change PIN; inquire card balance or view statements at ATMs.
- No cash withdrawal or fund transfer.
- To bear all financial losses in case of lost or stolen cards and disclosure of card information. Lost or stolen cards shall not be replaced.
- No refund of outstanding card amounts upon termination, invalidity or loss of cards.
- To inquire card transactions: use the ID and password (attached to issued cards) to log in for account inquiry on the website: www.eximbank.com.vn.

- Free card issuance fee.
- Free card identification fee in case customers want to use the functions or utilities of normal local debit cards of Eximbank such as cash withdrawal, book transfer or enjoying interests on account balance, etc.
- Free registration fee for VnTopup service (top up mobile phone account by SMS).
- Using the service of receiving notifications on changes of account balance (SMS banking) for free of charge within 6 months.

- Account Opening Application (as per Eximbank’s form).
- ID Card/Passport.
- One 3x4 photo.
