Eximbank – Quang Long
Co-brand card

Is the membership card of Quang Long Company, integrated with the payment functions of domestic prepaid cards (anonymous or nominal) issued by Eximbank for customers of Quang Long.

Scope of use:

In Vietnam.

Eligible subjects:

All customers purchasing goods and services at Quang Long and meeting the criteria of membership card issuance of Quang Long (no supplementary card).

Utilities:

Anonymous Prepaid Card:

- To make payment for goods and services at Eximbank’s merchants and alliance banks’ POSs.

- To make payment for bills of electricity, water, telephone, etc. at Eximbank’s ATM.

- To change PIN, inquire balance, print statement at ATMs.

- To inquire card transactions by using the username and password provided by Eximbank upon card issuance at the website: www.eximbank.com.vn.

- Maximum card balance of VND 5,000,000 (non-interest bearing and one-time top-up only).

- No cash withdrawal and transfer allowed.

- No minimum card balance.

- To bear all financial losses in case of lost or stolen cards and disclosure of card information. Lost or stolen cards shall not be replaced.

- No refund of outstanding card balance upon termination, invalidity or loss of cards.

Nominal Prepaid Card: Similar to Domestic Debit Card (V-TOP) (Please see here).

From Eximbank:

* Anonymous Prepaid Card:

- Free card issuance.

* Nominal Prepaid Card:

- Free card personalization.

- Entitled to preferences from Eximbank’s merchants (see here)

- No upfront collection of VND50,000 as account balance maintenance fee which shall only be retained as regulated upon the first account top-up by cardholders.

- Using the service of receiving SMS notifications on changes of account balance (SMS banking), VnTopup service, and banking service via mobile phone (Mobile banking) free of charge within 6 months.

- Entitled to the point accumulation program for cardholders of Eximbank.

From Quang Long:

- Entitled to a reward of VND100,000 in the card account with invoices of VND2,000,000 and upwards.

- Entitled to the point accumulation program of Quang Long. Accordingly, every VND10,000 corresponds to 1 point, and a reward of VND200,000 shall be credited to the card account for every 1,000 points accumulated.

- Account Opening Application (as per Eximbank’s form).

- ID card/ Passport
