Eximbank – Vien Thong A
Co-branded Card

Is the membership card of Vien Thong A Co., Ltd., integrated with the payment function of domestic prepaid card issued by Eximbank and comprising Nominal Prepaid Card and Anonymous Prepaid Card.

Scope of use:

In Vietnam.

Utilities:

Anonymous Prepaid:

- Maximum card balance of VND 5,000,000 ( non- interest bearing);

- Applicable to all Vien Thong A individual customers.

- Subordinate cards are not applicable.

- To make payment for goods and services at Eximbank’s and Smartlink alliance merchants.

- To make payment for bills of electricity, water, telephone, etc. at Eximbank’s ATM;

- To change PIN, inquire balance, print statement at ATM;

- No cash withdrawal and transfer allowed;

- To bear all financial losses in case of lost or stolen cards and disclosure of card information. Lost or stolen cards shall not be replaced.

- No refund of outstanding card amounts upon termination, invalidity or loss of cards.

- To inquire card transactions at Eximbank’s website www.eximbank.com.vn by using the username and password provided by Eximbank upon card issuance;

Nominal Prepaid Card:

Similar to Domestic Debit Card (V-TOP).

Special offers for Eximbank – Vien Thong A Co-branded Card:

- Free card issuance.

- No upfront fee applied for maintaining account balance when customers request for card personalization (The bank will retain VND 50,000 when customers make the first deposit to the card account);

- Enjoying other preferential programs of Eximbank and Vien Thong A

- Subject to the Program of Bonus Points Accumulation and Gift Exchange of Eximbank;

Benefit for card personalization:

- Free registration fee for VnTopup service (top up mobile phone account by SMS). Using the service of receiving notifications on changes of account balance (SMS banking) for free of charge within 6 months.

- Subject to the Program of Bonus Points Accumulation and Gift Exchange of Eximbank; - Enjoying other preferential programs of Eximbank.

- No upfront collection of account balance maintenance fee upon card Personalization (When Customers deposit into card account for card use fee for the first time, Eximbank will hold VND 50,000 as regulated);

Issuance Procedures:

- Account Opening (as per Eximbank’s form).

- ID card/ Passport
