Rules of the promotion program
“HAVE FUN WITH EXIMBANK-CITIMART CARDS”
1. Name of the promotion program: “Have Fun with Eximbank-Citimart cards”.
2. Promotion products: New issuance of local Eximbank-Citimart cards or conversion of Citimart Preferential or Gold cards into local Eximbank-Citimart cards.
3. Form of promotion: 1,500 gifts for 1,500 earliest customers registering for Eximbank-Citimart card issuance or converting Citimart Preferential or Gold cards to Eximbank-Citimart cards.
4. Duration of promotion: 02 months, from Aug 23, 2010 to Oct 23, 2010.
5. Location of promotion: Hochiminh City and Binh Duong.
6. Subjects entitled to this promotion:
- Customers registering for issuance of Eximbank-Citimart cards and existing holders of Citimart Preferential or Gold cards converting to respective Eximbank-Citimart cards.
- Eximbank’s staff and officers are not entitled to join this program.
7. Prize structure:
- 1,500 gifts for the first 1,500 customers.
- Each gift is a raincoat worth of 40,000 dong.
- Total prize value: 60,000,000 dong (Sixty million dong).
8. Details of the promotion program:
8.1 Condition for participating in the promotion program:
All customers applying for issuance of new Eximbank-Citimart cards or converting Citimart Preferential or Gold cards into respective Eximbank-Citimart cards, excluding those who want to change or renew cards.
8.2 Identification of customers eligible for receiving gifts:
- Eligible customers are those successfully applying for Eximbank-Citimart card issuance or converting Citimart Preferential or Gold cards into Eximbank-Citimart cards at the earliest time and upon satisfaction of conditions as defined herein.
- Each customer can only receive 1 gift maximum.
8.3 Method and time of delivering gifts:
Eximbank automatically updates on its system the list of 1,500 customers successfully applying for Eximbank-Citimart card issuance or converting Citimart Preferential or Gold cards into Eximbank-Citimart cards in the earliest time and offers gifts right upon customers’ receipt of Eximbank-Citimart cards at Eximbank’s banking units.
8.4 Regulations on inquiry settlement:
For inquiries concerning the promotion program, please contact Eximbank’s banking units nationwide or Call-Center at 08.3821 0051 – 3821 0046.
9. Others:
- Eximbank will deduct irregular income tax (if any) on behalf of customers in accordance with law stipulations over the prize value which customers have won.
- All disputes or complaints between Eximbank and customers arising from the program shall be negotiated for resolution. Otherwise, the case shall be submitted to competent courts.
- In case of any mistakes in the list of winning customers as announced by Eximbank, Eximbank shall be responsible for offering gifts to such customers.
