Terms and Conditions
“Buying Air Tickets, Receiving Cash Bonus”

1. Application period: Until Oct 30, 2010 .
(The program may terminate earlier subject to the availability of presents)

2. Participants: Card holder of Eximbank (excluding Eximbank staff) who owns domestic debit card (V-TOP and co-branded cards) having registered for online payments and purchasing Vietnam Airlines air tickets.

3. Type of promotion: The first 100 card holders have successful transaction buying Vietnam Airlines ticket by Eximbank domestic debit card.

4. Promotion areas: Nationwide.

5. Presents:
- 100 presents for the first 100 succesful transactions;
- Each present is worth of 200,000 dong;
- Total prize value is 20 million dong.

6. Promotion detail:

6.1 Conditions for promotion participantion:
- During the promotion period, Cardholders using local debit cards Eximbank (V-TOP, and the co-branded cards) make a payment Vietnam Airlines air ticket with a value of 1,000,000 VND or more and will soon receive been 01 gifts worth 200,000 VND.

6.2 Regulations on transactions and presents:
- Successful payment transactions are online transactions of payment for air tickets by Eximbank domestic debit cards with value from 1,000,000 VND (one million Vietnam Dong) upwards and having been licensed.
- Successful transactions do not include those which are under inspection due to claims on transactions concerning online payment for air tickets.

6.3 Determination of winner:
- Customers may execute various transactions by different domestic debit cards, but only receive one gift per customer.
- The cash bonus shall be transferred to customers’ domestic debit card account which used to make online payment.

6.4 Notice of prize winners:
- Updated on Eximbank’s website and sent to cardholders’ email at the end of the program.

6.5 Award result and publish time:
- Date of publishing: Sep 20,2010 and Nov 10, 2010
- Result is published on www.eximbank.com.vn.
- Within 10 working days from the date of announcement, Reward will be transferred into the domestic debit card account which made online payment transactions.

6.6 Customer inquiries:
- All customer inquiries related to promotions will contact nearest Eximbank branch/transactions office nationwide or contact:

7. Others:
- Eximbank will deduct infrequently income tax (if any) under the provisions of law on the value of the award-winning.
- Complaints and/or disputes between Eximbank and customers occuring from the program will be negotiated. In case of no settlement, the complaints and/or diputes will give the court for judge.
- If the customer Eximbank announced winning list makes the erroneous confusion for customers, Eximbank shall have given this reward for customers.
