| I. GENERAL INFORMATION ABOUT THE SERVICE: |
| 1. Introduction: |
| Local card locking/unlocking service via SMS Banking: is a mobile banking service for local cardholders, enabling customers to lock or unlock their local card accounts when necessary via SMS message without coming to Eximbank’s banking units. |
| Notes: |
| - Should you have demand for using this service abroad (or register for this service as a foreign subscriber), please contact the Telecommunication Service Company which manages your mobile phone to register for the roaming service and make payment for such service fee as regulated by the company. |
| - Message syntax and service fee for card account locking/unlocking via SMS Banking regulated by Eximbank shall be applied to all local and foreign mobile phone subscribers. |
| - 01 card number/ 1 phone number (supplementary card is not entitled to registration). Customers can register for multiple card numbers by only one phone number. |

| Notes: The fee schedule is subject to change as regulated by Eximbank from time to time; other arising fees such as roaming fee and inquiry message fee which are sent by customers shall be paid as agreed between the Telecommunication Service Company and customer. |
| II. REGISTRATION: |
| - Customers register at Eximbank’s banking units. |
| - Registration procedure: |

Bring along ID cards upon registration. |
| Fill in and sign the SMS Banking service amendment/application form (for individual customers). |
| III. SYNTAX FOR INQUIRING SMS – BANKING SERVICE: |
| Customers can send and receive SMS message via 8149 (Messages sent via 8149 shall be charged VND1,000 per message). |

| - Not permitted transactions: Transactions made via card (i.e. at ATMs, POS, online payment, and interbank transfer via Internet). |
| - Permitted transactions: Transactions made via account (i.e. payment and transfer via Internet Banking, Mobile Banking and SMS Banking; cash withdrawal at the counter; account credit transaction; interest fee collection transaction from account). |
