| 1. Collection service via card account: |
| Is the service which customers of companies/schools (unit) authorize Eximbank to automatically debit their card accounts to transfer to the unit for payment of goods/service/tuition charges. Subject to the request of the unit from time to time, Eximbank will automatically debit customers’ card account to make payment of charges to the unit. |
| 2. Facilities: |
| - For the unit: Convenient for collection of goods/service/tuition charges from customers; reduce human resources and management cost; save time in terms of cash tallying and preservation, avoid risks arising out of counterfeit or torn money receipt; collected amount shall be credited immediately to the account of the unit. |
| - For customers: Save time and transportation cost upon making payment for goods/service/tuition charges. |
| 3. Registration procedures: |
| - For the unit:

| Collection Service Agreement with Eximbank.

| Request for collection attached with the List of customers requesting for collection.
|
| - For customers of the unit:
|
| Authorization to debit account for payment of goods / service / tuition charges.
|
| 4. Implementation method: |
| - Periodically, before each collection period, the unit shall send a request for collection enclosed with a list of customers to Eximbank. |
| - Everyday, during the period as regulated by the unit, Eximbank shall automatically debit customer’s card account registered for the service to make transfer to the unit. |
| - Periodically, as agreed, Eximbank shall send the debit statement to the unit for debt cross out and providing receipts to customer (if any). |
| 5. Collection fee: |
| Subject to the fee schedule as regulated by Eximbank from time to time. |
