Non-collateral card owner: According to Eximbank ‘s current regulations, they are professors at universities, doctors, bank staff, businessman and other staff guaranteed by their companies, … with stable job and income.
Collateral card owner: Vietnamese, foreigner must have a stable job and income, collateral, deposit.

At Eximbank ‘ branches and sub-offices, required documents as follows:
International card application and agreement.
Passport, valid visa (for foreigner).
Residential book (or KT3).
For collateral card owner: Must have deposit, collateral (savings book, gold deposit certificate, promissory note).
For non-collateral card owner:
- Labour contract or appointment letter (notarized within 02 months or the orginal for comparison);
- The salary statements for the last three months;
- IF customers cannot provide either of the above papers, the manager (or the legally authorized person) must sign on the International card Application and Agreement (or on the Company’s Confirmation form with all the information above)
