Eximbank's SMS – Banking provides customers two kinds of message services: Upon receipt of customer's information query message, the bank will reply customer by its return message. Automatically send message to inform customers the information for their priorly registered inquiries.
B. Register for using SMS-BANKING
Customers can come to any branches of Eximbank system for their service use registration following available form at the bank. People who sign in the registration form must be the account holders, loan agreement, card contact applications or must be a legally authorized person (with a stamp in case of entity). All customers can use without registration for general information query service (EXCHANGE RATE, INTEREST RATE).
When the customer's payment account balance changes, the bank will automatically inform customers through SMS message. Example:
